The owner decided to speak to the team at Smart Property Buyers to see what her options could be. The property was unencumbered therefore the owner was keen to take a small discount in order for us to secure a quick sale.
We put a package together and positioned the property to our qualified, cash-ready investor database to garner interest. As this was an income generating property with a tenant in place, and being sold at a slight discount, we were delighted to find multiple appropriate investors within days.
